3. Order Processing Time

In-Stock Products

Products in Transit to Warehouse

Orders are processed and handed over to shipping partners within 3–4 business days.

Back-Order Products

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis as inventory becomes available.

Pre-Order Products

Weekends & Holidays

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Products Under 5 kg

Typically shipped via air cargo.
Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days, excluding technical delays, weather disruptions, or natural calamities.

Products Over 10 kg

Typically shipped via surface transportation.
Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days, excluding unforeseen delays.

Expedited Surface Shipping
